Who we are?

With a highly experienced core team of experts and a strongly transparent approach to all the work we do, Apter offers high-quality, open and collaborative services to everyone. Most of our competences are concentrated in the fields of multiplatform mobile applications, cloud infrastructures and DevOps, but our goal is to be able to serve our customers' needs even by developing end-to-end solutions.
We are not afraid of challenges, whether they are related to our profession or completely unknown areas. We don't settle for the status quo, we look for modern solutions and trends, always developing ourselves.
This requires constant care, which is based on trust and the transparency that completely permeates the company.
How it started

Good ideas often come from working together...
...and it was no different for us. At the beginning of 2020, when Covid appeared, we started talking about starting a business where we could create software and operate infrastructure based on our own principles.

At the beginning...
...Balázs, the founder, was still developing Point Of Sales (POS) terminal application for DalaTech, while Peti joined the company in July 2021, helping Loginet with one of their clients with back-end development (java) and infrastructure development.

By 2022....
...we have grown to a company of 5 people. Together we have a total of almost 40 years (exactly 37 years) of work experience and 25 satisfied customers.
We were looking for a name that reflects our attitude and culture: friendly, honest, easy to work with attitude, something that doesn't want to pretend to be more than what it is.
The name comes from the English adjective "apt", which indicates that we deliver solutions that best match the goals and expectations of our customers. We make recommendations for the introduction of newer and more efficient technologies, but we do not impose them on our customers just because they are considered trendy.

What we do
Most of our competences are concentrated in the fields of multiplatform mobile applications, cloud infrastructures and DevOps, but our goal is to be able to serve our customers' needs even by developing end-to-end solutions. These may include UI/UX design, backend and frontend applications, or implementation of cloud native operating environment.
As for our priorities, we always keep in mind to do socially useful work. We are happy to work with healthcare, sustainability or agricultural informatics companies, but of course we are also happy to support the mission of FinTech companies, who are trying to raise the financial awareness, financial security and prosperity of ordinary people to the next level.
